The base rate for full facility rental is $175 per hour. Depending on the nature of the event, additional fees may be assessed, including:
 

• Food & beverages on-site, a cleaning fee may apply
• Number of attendees , large groups may require additional staffing
• Event setup or breakdown time may incur additional charges
• Any damage or excessive cleaning required following the event
